We are creating a fun place for sensory exploration!
We are a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.
We are a healing sensory miniature farm. Our plans include growing U-Pick berries (starting with blueberries), animal interactions, a natural playground, and a future site of a sensory barn made out of a converted grain bin.
They love it! They enjoy listening to all of the animal noises.
Just give us a little more time to finish growing for you, then we would love to have you over!
WeeShire Mains is built so families and friends can enjoy themselves, regardless of stimulation tolerance. Therefore, we can have up to twelve visitors every two hours. When scheduling your visit, we will ask questions to make sure that our visitors particular needs are being met (sensory seekers/avoiders will need to be scheduled separately).
Wear clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Comfortable, form fitting clothing is best for visits with the goats. No shoes are allowed in the sensory barn. If you are visiting after it rains, boots are a good idea.
Yes! We are so excited to be working with designers to create a sensory barn. More details to grow.
All things take time to grow. We are planting a couple hundred blueberries this spring but as they grow we will keep you updated.
